Dear Colleagues:
It
gives us great pleasure to invite you to the 2008 Ain Shams
University and Egyptian Society of ENT and Allied Sciences
Otolaryngology Congress to be held in Luxor on March 12-15, 2008.
The conference is organized by the Otolaryngology department of Ain
Shams University, Egypt [ASU] and the Egyptian Society of Ear, Nose,
Throat and Allied Sciences [ESENTAS] in collaboration with the
American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery [AAO-HNS]
We chose the city of Luxor because of its treasures of ancient
Egyptian archeological sites and its beautiful location on the
majestic Nile River. Luxor is an excellent site to combine a
scientific meeting with culture, history and beautiful scenery.
The congress is intended to provide several instructional courses
with free paper presentations in the fields of Otology, Rhinology,
Laryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, Audiology and Phoniatrics.
The faculty will be international guest speakers as well as national
Egyptian speakers in a scientific program that will be carefully
synchronized with the cultural tours and activities in Luxor. The
theme of the congress is “Excellence in ORL”, the idea is to provide
the most recent advances and technology in our specialty and
integrate that with skills in order to obtain excellent outcomes for
our patients. The congress will also focus on the improvement of
diagnostic and therapeutic modalities by encouraging the
presentation of basic science research in our field.
The scientific program is accredited by the American Academy of
Continuous Medical Education [AACME].
I hope both the scientific and cultural program will make the
congress a memorable event and we also promise you we will make the
greatest effort to make this congress the memorable event that you
are waiting for.
